Distribution...Bits 'N' Pieces by Kristin LLC® wholesales its items to qualified businesses. Distribution of our line is at the company's discretion. Please note that we do not market our items to Manufacturers.

Company Information...individual retailers will be asked to provide a copy of their Tax ID Certificate along with contact information.

Orders...there is no minimum order.
Note:  Our Funky Floral Necklaces are available in singles (your choice of color) or variety packs of 12 (please allow us to choose the combination for you).

Lead Time...all orders are immediate to six (6) weeks delivery, dependant upon the season. We will notify you at the time your order is placed. Please contact us directly to place your wholesale orders.

Design Policy...Bits 'N' Pieces by Kristin LLC® stands behind the quality of all goods we design. Please note that custom pieces are not returnable. We reserve the right to decline any requests we feel do not reflect the Bits 'N' Pieces by Kristin LLC® look.

Order Changes...changes to orders MUST be in writing and submitted to our Sales Office via fax (973-875-2944) within one week of the order being placed.

Returns...no returns or exchanges are accepted without a Return Authorization Number.  An RA# must be issued for any item sent back for review or repair.

Bounced Checks...there is a $35.00 fee for all bounced checks.

Late Payment...is compounded at 21% per annum every 30 days past due.

Trademark...Bits 'N' Pieces by Kristin LLC® is a registered trademark. Removal or obstruction of any Bits 'N' Pieces by Kristin LLC® label and/or care labels is against the law and FTC regulations.

Freight Fees...we ship USPS and charge the actual shipping fees, add minimum insurance and a minimal handling charge per box. These fees are part of the Invoice and the responsibility of the retailer. If deducted, these fees will be considered outstanding and will compound with interest. This applies to anything returned for damages as well.

Repairs...we stand behind our product and will repair or adjust any manufacturer error. However, we are not responsible for customer damage, hangar worn garments, neglect, washing damage or acceptable aging. As these are handmade garments, we will not be held responsible for dogs that tend to chew. We reserve the right to review any garment and assess the source of the problem. Shortening or lengthening of garments will have a tailoring charge.
